Enjoyable but Short
The game was good, but for $13.99 it was too short.
The hidden object aspect of the game was as challenging as it could be (definitely a positive), but I expected the adventure/puzzle part of the game to be a little more complicated. It essentially boiled down into 1 - perform a hidden object section and get a key or object, 2 - find obvious location where you use key or object, 3 - move into next room. I played it on the difficult setting, and I didnt feel challenged at any point as the prompts hold your hand through the game.
Additionally, if you are ever "stuck", you can just refer to the map to figure see where you should have found another object to interact with.
The artwork was intricate and creepy, and that was definitely the best part of this game.
Overall, I gave this 4 stars as this was good at what it was - a hidden object game. If you are looking for more of an adventure or puzzle game, I would not recommend this game.
